How do I add the code description to my data grid?

I have a data grid with the Source Code Value displayed, but I would also like the description or label for the code as well so people not as familiar with the code will know what the code means.

Answer:

Open the desired data grid and click the View Settings button.
Go to the Columns tab
Select a code field, but do not add it yet.
Click the Code Desc button in the middle below the move up/down buttons. Note: This button becomes active when you select a Code field on the left side of the screen. The system adds two fields to the right side of the screen : the field for the code itself and another for the code's description.
Click Save and proceed with building your data grid.

Tip: Adding the Code Description for an idcode will bring in the reportname field for the profile associated with the idcode.
