How do I Create Labels from a Data Grid?

Follow these steps to create labels from any data grid that has Profile record information.   Note: Labels will only be created for the Profiles shown in your data grid, also try a small test group before printing a large group of labels.

• After selecting and viewing your data grid, click on the Process Selections button on the left (looks like a gear wheel).  
• Select Report and make sure to select the Labels and Email checkbox in the Process Selections window. Click OK and click Run Report.
• In the FIMS Viewer, select Labels / Options. The Label Options window opens.
• Verify the label format and the printer options, and then click OK to return to the FIMS Viewer.  
  • Note: Some label formats may not work with your particular data.  
• Check the Preview to make sure the data fits. Select Labels / Preview to see what the labels will look like when they are printed. Once you verify the page layout, close the preview window.
• Select Labels / Print to print the labels.
