Thank you for your feedback
We use FIMS on NPact's Azure Cloud and I need to see who is logged into FIMS as we are out of access licenses or I need to disconnect a user.
Answer:
You can see who is connected and disconnect FIMS users by using the Database Maintenance utility found in the Custom Menu in FIMS. (If you do not have this utility, contact FIMS Support and they will add it for you.)
The utility will have a list of all users who are logged into FIMS.
There may be a user who did not disconnect properly from the database and thus is taking up a license when they should not be or someone has gone for the day and locked their computer before closing FIMS.
To disconnect a user:

To disconnect a user:
- You can click on the user to highlight them
- Click on the Disconnect User button.
- This process may take 5-10 minutes to complete at the server, so be patient.
