I opened a support case, and I would like another person at my foundation to receive updates on the case, how can I do that
Answer:
There are two ways that another person can receive updates on a support case:
1. When you create the case, add the person's email in the 'Additional parties' field.
2. If the other person is a support portal user, then that person can log into the portal and see all of the cases for your foundation and can open the case and make a comment on it and see the case details.
