I opened a support case, and I would like another person at my foundation to receive updates on the case, how can I do that
Answer:
To add another person to receive updates on a support case, do the following:
1. Create the support case using the steps in this article:
How do I create a case in the Support Portal?
2. After you create the case, click "Share" to add the person's email or name in the field.
- If the other person is a support portal user, then that person can log into the portal and see all of the cases for your foundation and can open the case and make a comment on it and see the case details.
- To add additional users to the organization please email access@npact.com.
