I need to make modifications to the staff code list I see when creating new contact records. We have several new employees and I see names of people that are no longer with us. How can I do this?
Answer:
If you go to File Maintenance > Profiles > Profile Code Maintenance > Staff you will find the code table associated with the staff code on the contact record.
This code table is also used for the officer field in the grant module and the staff field in funds and on donor records.
