I would like to see and manage my support cases in the support portal, how can I do that?
Answer:
1. Logged into the support portal using the link on this page.
2. Once logged in, click on Requests
3. You will see a list of your open cases
4. You can click on any of your cases to review added comments, add attachments or comments.
