I would like to see and manage my support cases in the support portal, how can I do that?
Answer:
1. Log into the support portal here.
- If you did not receive a Welcome email to access the new portal, please email access@npact.com
2. Once logged in, click on My Cases
3. On the My Cases page, you will see the cases that you have open and are shared on. You can also create a case on this page as well.
