    How do I turn on Maintain Required Fields?

    You can enable required fields in FIMS to ensure that data is entered in specific fields.

    Answer:
    The Maintain Required Fields option is turned on for the FIMS session you are in.  It is also turned on only for the module you are in when you set the option. To turn on Maintain Required Fields
    • Go to the Tools > System Utilities > Maintain Required Fields option
    • This will turn it on again for the module you are currently in
    When you close FIMS, the option will turn off and you will have to re-enable it upon login again if you haven't finished coloring the fields.
