How do I add comments or respond to comments on a case in the support portal?
Answer:
1. You can respond to a comment added by support in a case by replying to the email notification that you receive.
2. You can log into the support portal, select the case in question from the list by clicking the hyperlink in the summary and open the case. From there, scroll to the text area on the bottom, add any text, images, files and click Save.
