When entering a Grant Application, on the Contact Tab in the Donor/Advisor ID field, the list that populates may not include the name you are trying to add.
Answer:
The Donor/Advisor ID list is populated by the Fund Associations listed on the Fund that is defined on the Grant. To add new names follow these steps:
- Identify the Fund that will be or is being used on the Grant Application
- Open the Fund Module then open the Fund Record of the fund that is listed on the Grant
- Go to the Fund Associations tab
- Click the New button at the top left
- Fill in the information required to add a new association such as ID Code and DC Access number, then save.
- This should update the list on the Grant Application in the Donor/Advisor ID field
