How to Change a Database Name in Azure Cloud

I am a hosted customer and would like to change the name of my hosted FIMS database in Azure Cloud, how can I do that?

If you would like to change your database name, an organization administrator from your organization will need to create a support case and will need to provide written authorization for this change. Support will provide the organization administrator with the authorization that needs to be filled out.
