How do I change the default GL accounts that are used for Gifts and Grants. etc.?
Answer:
The GL defaults are defined by the Fund Class that the destination fund belongs to.
To change these:
1. Go to File Maintenance
2. Select Funds
3. Select Fund Code Maintenance
4. Select Fund Class
5. Select the Class in question and click on Edit Fund Class. There you can change the default account numbers. Just keep in mind that this will change them for all funds belonging to that class.
