How to change Reconciliation Cycle Dates

If the cycle is not yet reconciled:

1. In the FACTS module, go to the Reconciliation Super tab.
2. Click on the Reconcile tab
3. Click the change dates button
4. In the new window that appears change the Begin Date and/or End Date to the correct date
5. Click OK

If the cycle is already reconciled:

1. You will need to unpost FACTS until the reconciliation cycle you need to change is open again.
2. Once the reconciliation cycle is open again follow steps 1-5 above
3. Re-reconcile the cycle.
