Answer:
At this time, we are not able to mark fee codes as inactive. We only have the option to delete them.
To delete fee codes, you will follow these steps:
1) Go to File Maintenance > Funds > Fund Code Maintenance
2) Select Administrative Fee from the list
3) From the list that appears, you will highlight the fee code in question, and then click on the delete button on the top toolbar (looks like "X")
4) Select "yes" to "are you sure you want to delete the current fee record?"
