    How can I exclude pledge amounts from the ATS on the fund?

    Answer:
    1. Make note of the Available to Spend (ATS) code used on the Fund
    2. Go to File Maintenance > Funds > Fund Code Maintenance > Available to Spend
    3. Double click the code you need to edit
    4. Make sure the option for 'Based on Selected Accounts' is chosen
    5. Ensure the natural account number for the fund balance account is listed with a + sign
    6. Add another line with the natural account number used for pledges and the - sign
    7. Save
