How to Exclude Un-Posted Gifts from Available to Spend Balance on DonorCentral

The spendable balance on DonorCentral comes from FIMS. If the Spendable Balance of the fund is including un-posted gifts and you do not want it to, then you have to have the Available to Spend Code on the fund set up to not include un-posted Gifts.

Note, that this will also affect the available to spend in FIMS as well. The ATS in FIMS for the funds that have this code will no longer include un-posted gifts either if you change this setting on the ATS code. There is no way to keep DonorCentral separate in that regard from FIMS.
