The System Integrity Report can be used to fix records that cannot be fixed from within FIMS such as when both the profile idcode and the fund id are blank or are linked to both a profile and a fund where neither exist. This is just an example, it can fix other data issues as well.

One thing to note for step #4 in the documentation above is that Actions under Fix Records would only be enabled if there is something to fix. If a section is not enabled and is greyed out, that means there is nothing to fix.
There is no log file produced for when the report is run and records are fixed. One way to see what changed is to rerun the report and compare to the previous report that was run before.
