Answer:

This document is for the purpose of moving the FIMS software and databases from an old database server that has Progress OpenEdge 11.6.4 or above to a new server. This document is not to be used if your old server has Progress OpenEdge 10, for upgrading the version of Progress OpenEdge on the same database server or for installing Progress OpenEdge on a terminal server. There is separate documentation for those purposes.
 
 
 1. Create a support case to get your Progress 11.7.20 license and install files.
