I have an application that was withdrawn, what should I do with it?
Answer:
Typically, you would want to post the withdrawn application for record keeping.
3. Run the grant edit report and post application normally. This is an example of posting a withdrawn application. 
Click Yes here:
Click run report:
There will only be one report. There will be no GL or journal reports because withdrawn applications do not affect GL, there will be no GL posting.
- Select withdrawn for the status and action
- Change grant amount to 0.00 but leave requested amount in the original amount of the grant
