I would like to remove the Canadian Charity Number field from showing in my recomendation form as shown below when an advisor makes a recommendation, how can I do that? We do not want that field to appear here in this box.

Answer:
1. Log into DonorCentral NXT as an administrator
2. Go to Control Panel\Recommendation Form
3. Click the Charity button on the top
4. Click the little gear symbol in the Select prior recipient area

4. Click the little gear symbol in the Select prior recipient area
5. In the window that opens click the data tab
6. Scroll down until you find the Item Template section.
7. In the template, find the line describing the Canadian Charity Number. Remove that entire line
8. Click Save on the right side to save your changes
9. After saving that change you will be redirected to the recommendation form setup page and you need to click "Save Form" there as well otherwise the change above will not be saved.
NOTE: If you ever reset your recommendation form, that section will come back.
