How do I set up FIMS to work with Outlook if I am an on-premise customer?
Answer:
To configure FIMS to work with Outlook do the following:
1. Click on the email button in the Profile module
2. You will see the Outlook configuration window appear, click Next
3. Click Yes to set up an email account and then click Next:
4. On the next screen you will choose to either enter in your email account or manually configure:
If you are choosing the email account option you will enter in your email address and name along with the password to your email:
If choose the manual option, you will see the options below. Your IT person will need to assist with manual setup:
