I understand that passwords in FIMS are encrypted, but my IT team would like to verify, how can they do that?
Answer:
1. Go to Tools / System Utilities / Admin Utilities / Database and File Viewer
2. Search for file name _user
3. You will see a list of usernames. In the Password field you will see the encrypted value. The usernames and Userids in this image have been erased for security purposes:
