    I’m getting the following error when trying to upload statements to DonorCentral.

    Results of the content file analysis:   There were problems with your archive:   ZIP extraction failed with code=2

    Answer:
    This may be caused by the statements archive (zip) file is corrupt or of a different archive type (example rar).  Donor Central only accepts zip archive files.  Renaming the files extension does not work (example changing a file.rar file to file.zip).  You must re-create the file and make sure to use zip for the archive type.
