    Answer:

    This issue was caused by the process looking at the wrong flag to indicate DonorCentral statements.
    This issue is resolved for on-premise customers in FIMS 14.74.
     

    Steps To Duplicate

    1. Log into FIMS
    2. Click Reports
    3. Create Individual Documents
    4. Notice the check box for Individual Statements for Donor Central is grayed out and cannot be checked
