While trying to perform a Crystal Fund Statement Export to upload to DonorCentral, the following message appears: Invalid component-handle referenced while processing method/statement: Database. InitializeCrystal odbc/crystal/w-xpress.w (5884)
Answer:
1.Go to Tools>User Preferences>All Other Preferences
2.Go to the DonorCentral_Download_Directory and click the Browse button
3.Navigate to N:\found\eadvisor if on premise. If on Azure Cloud browse to the S drive and set the location as S:\eAdvisor.
4.Click apply and Ok
Note: If you click OK on that first message reference above and see a second one pop up this time referencing 'count' that means that all FIMS licenses are in use. You can go to show live users on the FIMS database server to see who is logged in and have someone log off.
ODBC connections take up a FIMS database license also.
