Inventory Tab
The Inventory tab lists the current inventory of each Security held by the organization. This is a read-only list that is used for informational purposes. Each time a Stock Gift is created and posted (if the proceeds are not recorded immediately), the Security information is added to inventory. Each time proceeds are recorded for a Security, the amount sold is removed from inventory.
NOTE: The fields on this tab are not all initially visible. Use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the tab to see all of the inventory information.

Inventory Tab Fields
NOTE: The fields listed here are those included in the Default View for the Inventory data grid. If you create a different view, it may have different fields. Refer to Configuring View Settings in the Introduction for more information about creating Data Grid views.
Field | Description |

Sec ID | The Security’s ID code. |
Ticker | The Security’s ticker number. |
Security Name | The name of the Security. |
Current Value | The current total value of the Security. |
Current PAR/Shares | The number of shares that are currently held in inventory (or the PAR value for fixed income investments). |
Current Price | The current price per share. |
Date Priced | The date when the current price was calculated. |
Donor | The report name of the Donor who gave the Security. |
Fund ID | The Fund ID for the Fund receiving the Gift. |
Fund | The name of the Fund receiving the Gift. |
Original Value | The total initial value of the Security when it was acquired. |
Original PAR/Shares | The total number of shares in the initial acquisition (or the PAR value for fixed income investments). |
Price | The price per share when the Security was acquired. |
Gift # | The Gift Number associated with the Stock Gift. |
