    Is there a way to add an alert or send an email when a recommendation is made from the explore opportunities area in DonorCentral?

    No, this is not possible. The suggestion form used on the Opportunities section is the same form normally used. The only difference in submitting a suggestion form the Opportunities section is that the grantee is pre-populated.
