I have some custom fields or existing fields that I would like to add to the Recommendation Submission Confirmation automated emails that are sent from DonorCentral, is there a way to do this?
Answer:
Yes, this can be done by adding the DisplayName key to the API tab for that field.
Configure Custom Fields
It will add fields to the email and also adds them to the review stage of the recommendation before it is submitted and the recommendation details as well. This is an all or nothing setting; if setup it adds the fields to all of the areas-email, review stage of recommendation submission and recommendation details, there is no way to have only one of those areas show the fields.
Additionally, the fields cannot be re-ordered it will be in whatever order they appear on the form.
