Journal Entry Data Grid (General Ledger)

The Journal Entry Data Grid lists all unposted General Ledger Journal entries – both those that you enter manually and those that FIMS automatically creates when you post transactions from subsidiary modules.

You can sort the list by Journal Number, G/L Account, or Journal Key. You can also filter the list based on a specific Fiscal Year.

NOTE: A Find Journal Key field is available when you sort the list by Journal Key, and a Find G/L Account field is only available when you sort the list by G/L Account.
