When manually uploading Fund Statements to DonorCentral you may see the loading wheel spin then stop without actually uploading any statements.
Steps To Duplicate:
- Log into DonorCentral
- Go to Control Panel > Fund Statements
- Click upload/replace statements button
- Choose the zip file with your statements
- Click Upload
- See loading wheel spin
- See loading wheel stop
- Notice that the Upload button is available to be clicked again and no statements uploaded.
Answer:
This can occur with zip files that are over 30 MB in size.
If the spinning wheel does come back up so that the upload statements window is there and it looks like you can click "upload" again, do not click to upload again.
Instead note that the batch is likely getting processed and that closing the upload window and then refreshing the page should show a slowly incrementing batch of statements.
