Maintain Gift Securities Inventory

Gift Securities Inventory Maintenance is part of the Stock Gift module. It allows you to enter and post Stock Gift proceeds after you post the original Gift (or unpost Security proceeds). It also provides information about all of the activity for each Security and allows you to make global changes to your Security information (for example, changing the ticker number, CUSIP, or name).

You can access Gift Securities Inventory Maintenance from the Donor and Gift Management module by selecting File Maintenance > Gift Securities Inventory Maintenance.

Note: You cannot add, copy, or delete securities from here. If you want to add, copy, or delete securities, you must do so via Donor and Gift Code Maintenance.
