Maintain Securities Codes

Maintaining securities codes (Securities Information records) is part of the basic Stock Gift Management module. However, the code table is more complex than some of the other FIMS codes tables. Along with creating the codes, you can also make and view corporate changes to securities (for example, changing the name or CUSIP) and see the amounts of each Security currently held by the organization.

You must have a Securities Information record set up in order to include the Security in a Stock Gift entry.

To maintain Securities Information records, select File Maintenance > Donor and Gift Code Maintenance > Securities.
