When clicking on a module, the message, "No views are available for you in this module" occurs along with potentially the following in other modules:
1. 'Requested Table Gift does not match tables in Send-Records in procedure gui/gifts/b-gift-w."
2. 'Requested Table Gift does not match tables in Send-Records in procedure gui/ap/b-vendor.w."
3. 'Requested Table Gift does not match tables in Send-Records in procedure gui/scholar/b-studnt.w."
Additionally, you may also notice that all of the default views in the datagrids for all modules are gone, and the existing ones when run will render blank or missing columns.
Answer:
This can occur if there was some type of system work or changes done. To rebuild all views for all modules, do the following:
1. Go to Tools\System Utilities\Run Procedure
2. Browse to \npo\found\FIMS\TOOLS\UPDATED.U (You will have to change the drop down on the bottom right to 'All Files' to find it in that location. The actual drive that this will be on will vary per environment, but most likely will be located on the N drive)
3. Click Ok
4. Procedure will run
5. When finished you may get a message that says Press Escape to end
6. Go back to FIMS and check and make sure all views and modules are functioning correctly.
