When logging into FIMS you may receive a message saying 'There are no Licenses Available'.
Answer:
This message occurs if a user attempts to log into FIMS that would exceed the number of available licenses. For example, if you have 10 FIMS licenses and user #11 attempts to log in, that 11th user would get the message which is expected.

- For these options, you will actually need to be logged into FIMS to use them. You can find out which of your co-workers is logged into FIMS and have them check.

2. Using the steps above if it is discovered that all of your licenses are in use then that means that someone will need to log off in order for a new user to log into FIMS.
3. If you would like to have more FIMS licenses those can be purchased by contacting your Account Executive
4. If you believe that you should have more FIMS licenses, for example, if only 10 users are able to log in but you believe you have 15 contact support and we can check how many FIMS licenses that you have on record with us.
