One of our Donors noticed that a Grant listed on their Fund Summary page under Grants Paid does not appear in the Recent Grants section on their Home page. Why is that?
Answer:
This oddity happens when the Grantee Profile in FIMS does not have the proper Donor Central Affiliation Code associated with it. Add that code and the grants will then show up on the Home page after your next data upload.
If you don't know which affiliation code is needed for a grantee to show up on Donor Central, you can check the setting in FIMS. Go to Tools > System Utilities > Donor Central > Donor Central Options. Select Suggestions under Section, and then Upload_Grantee_Affil under Option.
