When running an edit report, the error, "Missing or Invalid G/L" Account occurs. How can I fix this?
Answer:
To resolve, do the following:
Look at the error message and see if there is an account listed there, or if its blank:
- If the account being referenced is blank, these errors mean that there are no G/L accounts associated with that particular fund class. Please see attached document for instructions.
- If the account referenced is filled in, then check the GL for the correct year and confirm that the fund coding is the same in the edit report as the GL account records.
