When attempting to open a fund statement in DonorCentral, pop-up blocker appears and also the user is prompted to select a program to open the file.
Steps To Duplicate:
1) Go to DonorCentrtal
2) Open new Fund Statements
3) Pop up blocker prevents them from launching

Answer:
The solution to this issue was deployed on 11-7-2018 and was caused by the pop-up blocker being triggered.
