When uploading Fund Statements to DonorCentral this message may appear with your Foundation's ID number listed.
Steps To Duplicate:
- Log into DonorCentral
- Click on Control Panel Fund Statements Upload/Replace Statements
- Select fund statement file
- Select upload
- Gets the application exception error - "no access to tenant #####"
Answer:
This was caused by the contents file having an entry that contained the wrong DonorCentral site number. After this was addressed, the error no longer occurred.
