This is a situation that may occur when running through a FIMS upgrade. In the Procedure Editor, typing in “RUN tools\upfims.p 'compile' ” and hitting F1. It fails to do anything.
Answer:
There should only be one fimsver.i file and that one should be located in \npo\found\FIMS. If there is another fimsver.i file in the npo\found\fims\custom and/or npo\found\fims\custom\app folders then these will confuse the upfims.p program and cause this behavior. Delete any fimsver.i files found (except the correct one in \npo\found\FIMS).
