Steps To Duplicate:

1. Log into DonorCentral

2. Start a grant recommendation

3. Search for a fund

4. Receive the message 'no results found'

Answer:

This issue was resolved by 1. Upgrading to latest FIMS version and 2. Running the DonorCentral upload to get new data over to DonorCentral.
