Scholarship applications were set up with 2 payment dates but the payments do not show the "01" and "02" extensions and instead show the message 'no payables for voucher'.

This issue was resolved for the customer who reported it. If you have this issue, please create a support case.
Steps To Duplicate
- Go to the Scholarship module
- Go to the Application History supertab
- Find the scholarship in question
- Go to the AP Activity tab
- Note that the vouchers shows the message "No Payables for Voucher" even though payments have posted against the application. There are payments showing on the AP activity tab, but there are no sub-voucher numbers for each line.
