When running the FIMS compiler, the message "No Programs Compiled" appears
Steps To Duplicate:
1. Go to Tools\Admin Utilities\FIMS Compiler
2. Select Files on radio set and type in the folder name for example, eadvisor, into the Path and filename to compile
3. See message occur.

Answer:
This is resolved, when this error occurs, the whole path n:\found\fims\gui\eadvisor needs to be typed into the compiler window rather than just typing eadvisor, you will still need to select the Files radial button and then just manually type in the patch rather than navigating to it.
