Notes About Detail Sections

• All of the detail sections have one or more of the following text information fields.

• Item Comment – include addition notes here.
• Text if no detail to display – If no details are available for the section, this text is displayed.
• Total Row Description – A description for the Total row.
• Section Title – This will replace the default section name.

• If there are multiple columns on a section editing form, the bolded one is the one currently selected.
• If a column does not have a Label set, it will be displayed in brackets in the Columns area. <Type>
• The amount column also has the ability to generate a Total and optional Currency Symbol. The currency symbol can be placed to the far Left in the column or flush Right up to the amount.
• If there is more than one row with the same Row number, a cycler button will be displayed in the General Ledger view allowing you to switch between the different ones.
