Open FIMS Data in Excel

You can easily bring data from standard FIMS reports and exports, or custom Results reports and exports into an Excel spreadsheet. Once it is there, you can reformat it to create a presentation report, or perform a statistical analysis of the information (refer to Using Excel Pivot Tables to Analyze FIMS Data for more information).

There are two ways to bring the data into a spreadsheet. You can either copy and paste the text of the data or use the Excel Import Wizard.
