I used to be able to get all of my grant activity to show up on the Outstanding Grants by fund report. But now it is just showing grants with ending balances. I want to see ALL my grants. How can I get them to appear?
Answer:
There is an option on the Outstanding Grants by Fund report that will display the $0 ending grants:
Since the report is titled "outstanding grants", it was decided that the box would not be checked by default. However, checking the box will display all the grants in the time period selected regardless of their ending balances.
If you prefer to have the box checked by default, then check the box and add a Saved Report with the "default" label and that will automatically load the checked box setting when the report is loaded.
