When trying to import DC NXT grant recommendations into FIMS the following unmapped fields appear in the DonorCentral Suggestion Field Mapping Tool. Do I need to do anything with these?
Payment Frequency Amount and Payment Frequency Type
Answer:
These fields come through with Multi-payment Recommendations. They can be ignored and are not required for use with that feature and represent the number of payments and the cadence selected (months, days, years).
All of this data will show up on the number of grants created or the number of payments, depending on the FIMS setting for that feature and as such are not required to make the multi-payments function.
If you would like those fields on the grant, then you can map them to fields. If having them in the grant itself is fine, then you can disregard these fields.
