Answer:
This issue will be resolved in FIMS 14.66. Additional work was also done in FIMS 14.71.

You can run the Permissions Purging Utility to remove unused permissions from the User Permissions report.
Click on Tools > System Utilities > Admin Utilities > Permission Purging Utility

These permissions can be ignored in the report as they were re-named to the following and these permissions are able to be permissioned in Menu security:

NPO Utilities,,Rebuild Alpha Sort Fields: This has been re-located to Tools\System Utilities\Admin Utilities\Profile Utilities

NPO Utilities,,Salutation Build: This has been re-located to Tools\System Utilities\Admin Utilities\Profile Utilities

System Utilities,,NPO Utilities: Re-named to Admin Utilities

Processes,GLAuto,Delete Unposted Entries: General Ledger\Automatic Entries\Purse Unposted G/L Entries

If there are other permissions you cannot find, you can go to the module that the user permissions report mentions, click on a tab in the module and click F10 button to see what field is being used.

Starting in FIMS 14.72, when security permissions are set in any module with context-sensitive menus, such as under File Maintenance or Reports, those same access permissions apply to all modules. If a user does not have permission rights in one module, those same rights apply across other module
