Historic Gifts

FIMS allows you to make changes to Gifts even after they are posted to history. For example, you can update the information in some of the codes and text fields on the Gift and Acknowledgement tabs or perform Gift adjustments and reversals.

Note: You cannot change the four required Gift fields (ID Code, Amount, Gift Date, and Fund ID) from the Gift tab. You have to use the Gift Adjustment utility to make changes to these fields.
