Processes Tab (Design Statements)
The Processes tab has five options that allow you to run reports to check your Row or Column Formats, automatically create a new Row Format, optimize your statements’ performance, and automate the maintenance process for Columnar Financial Statements.

Option | Function |

Row Formatter Report | Runs a report that lists all of the lines in the selected Row Format. Refer to Running the Row Formatter Report for more information. |
Column Formatter Report | Runs a report that lists all of the available Column Formats on a single report. Refer to Running the Column Formatter Report for more information. |
Auto-Create Row Formatter | Runs a utility that creates a basic Row Format that you can use as the basis for a new, custom Row Format. Refer to Automatically Creating Row Formats for more information. |
Columnar Financial Statement Maintenance | Runs a utility that helps to automate the process of creating Columnar Financial Statements. Refer to Using Columnar Financial Statement Maintenance for more information. |
Optimize Statement Performance | Runs a utility that helps to improve the performance of complex financial statements. Refer to Optimizing Statement Performance for more information. |
