Processing Scholarship Applications
Once you have finished entering the Scholarship application, you should run an error-free edit report and post the application so that it will be available to Grant.
In addition to these required steps, FIMS offers the following processes:
Process | Description |

Spreadsheet Export | Creates a data file of Student record information that you can import into a spreadsheet to support the Scholarship evaluation process. |
Export Applications. | Creates a data file you can merge into a word processing document for communication with Grantees and Students. |
Auto Build Scholarships | Allows you to automatically create new applications for Scholarship renewals. |
Scholarship Quick Approval and Denial | Allows you to quickly enter Scholarship decisions for a large number of applications. |
