When creating new Profile folders. They show as duplicated in FIMS with double __ or Triple ___ in the between the name and profile number.
Answer:
This issue was customer specific and was caused by a third party sync with FIMS. In this example, the FIMS sort field was assigned a trailing space.
FIMS uses the first 20 characters of the sort name and the idcode to determine the folder. Any special characters and spaces are converted to underscores.

Steps To Duplicate
1. Open FIMS
2. Click on Profile
3. Click on Profile Folder
4. Window shows of the new empty folder with the __ name or ___ name
